Sugar syrup is prepared by mixing sugar and water in a specific ratio and heating it until it dissolves completely. The sugar syrup preparation plant involves several steps such as sugar grading and sieving, sugar transfer in the sugar melting vessel, sugar melting process by mixing sugar and D.M.water in the sugar melting vessel, and recirculation of the product through an inline homogenizer or liquid transfer pump. The product is then transferred to a manufacturing vessel by vacuum or transfer pump and discharged into a storage vessel
